Bizzseva Consultancy Services LLP ("BCS") is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service provided does not match the agreed-upon scope or deliverables as outlined in the service agreement.
  • The service is not initiated within the stipulated time frame mentioned in the service agreement.
  • Significant errors or omissions by BCS have resulted in a tangible negative impact on the client's business.
Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the service has commenced.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or expectations beyond the scope of the agreed services.
  • Delays or failures caused by the client's lack of cooperation, provision of incorrect information, or failure to provide necessary documents or information in a timely manner.
Refund Request Process
  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@bizzseva.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
  • The request must include the following information: Client name, service availed, date of service, reason for refund request, and any supporting documents or evidence.
Refund Evaluation and Approval
  • Upon receipt of the refund request, BCS will review the request and may contact the client for further information or clarification.
  • The evaluation process may take up to 14 business days.
  • If the refund request is approved, BCS will notify the client via email and initiate the refund process.
Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • Clients will be responsible for any bank charges or fees associated with the refund process.
Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the portion of the service that has been completed or delivered. The amount of the partial refund will be determined at the discretion of BCS.

Modifications to the Refund Policy

BCS reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
